A celebratory call to s*xy action!
S*X AND RAGE! is a new project working to create social change through s*x education led by real s*x educators, s*x workers and activists. We are building a community that provides education on issues ranging from body positivity, intimacy and healing to justice reforms and self-defence from s*xual assault. We are working to reduce stigma and shame around s*x, give space for people to explore their desires and s*xual autonomy in a safe and non-judgemental community, and address important issues such as s*xual assault and harassment.
While the event is a space to explore s*xual autonomy and desire, we will also be holding panels on consent, harrassment and reforming the justice system, and self-defence for s*xual assault. This is a much needed event that will not only celebrate individual s*xuality, giving space to learn about autonomous desire, but will also examine the correlations between shame and s*xual violence, and the urgency of addressing the safety of womxn, s*xual and ethnic minorities.
