iPartner India

iPartner India At iPartner India, we seek to make a difference in the complex challenges in social justice and equity issues facing modern India.

Since our establishment in 2009, we have strived to make positive change to local communities by working closing with grassroots NGOs, across a wide range of issues and geographies, which do exemplary work benefiting real people. Also, we work closely with each of our philanthropists to provide them with a customised portfolio plan to fulfil all their needs.

This Women’s Day, iPartner India celebrated an entire week dedicated to the strength and resilience of women in rural villages across Rajasthan and West Bengal.
Through community meetings, discussions, and celebrations, women and girls came together to share their experiences, aspirations, and collective power.
These celebrations are closely linked to our Rakshan Project, which works to protect vulnerable children and empower women through education, livelihood opportunities, and community support.
Our goal is simple but powerful, to build communities where every girl is safe, educated, and free to shape her own future.
Thank you to the incredible women who continue to inspire change every day.

Today at the Alwar Tiger Marathon, we ran alongside the inspiring community of girls and boys of Alwar — not just to complete a race, but to stand in solidarity with those often left behind.
Each step reflected our ongoing work in Alwar to strengthen marginalised communities through education, protection, life skills, and equal opportunities for children and young people.
This marathon was more than a run — it was a collective stride towards a more just and inclusive future.

Days 2 and 3 were full of learning, sharing, and deep discussions on important social issues.

On Day 2, participants learned about human rights, gender roles, and common stereotypes. They saw how these ideas connect to their daily lives and how a rights-based approach can build fairer communities. They also discussed how gender is shaped by society and the difference between s*x and gender. The day ended with reflections and fun games on gender equality.

Day 3 focused on teenage experiences, s*xuality, and violence. Facilitators cleared up myths about puberty and s*xual health. In a session on ‘Deconstructing Sexuality’, participants talked about how hiding one’s identity affects not only them but the people around them too.

There were also honest discussions on masculinity and the pressure boys and men face. The day closed with a strong session on gender-based violence and its deep impact.

Day 1 was fun and inspiring!

We kicked off our five-day training on Gender Transformative Approaches (GTA) in Anupshahr, in partnership with Equal Community Foundation (ECF) and Pardada Pardadi Educational Society (PPES).

The training started with great energy! The participants were community mobilisers from PPES, a mixed-gender group who have so far worked mostly with women in villages. Each mobiliser supports around 12 villages and reaches nearly 1,000 households.

On Day 1, they explored key concepts like breaking gender stereotypes, understanding power and privilege, and promoting equality. The ECF facilitators led interactive discussions that encouraged everyone to reflect on gender roles in their communities.

One highlight was the session "Trainer vs Facilitator," where participants learned the difference between the two roles. Another powerful activity focused on unpaid care work, showing how this important contribution often goes unrecognised in society.

The trainers, educators, and mobilisers took part with great enthusiasm. Fun games and open conversations added energy to the learning and helped bring new ideas to light.

This is just the beginning! As we work to involve men and boys in supporting and empowering girls, the passion on Day 1 showed how much potential this initiative holds. With each mobiliser taking new ideas back to their communities, the impact of this training will be far-reaching.

Stay tuned to see how the week unfolds!

🚨🚨 Watch this space 🚨🚨

We are rolling out our first-ever gender-transformative approach by collaborating with two of our partners— Pardada Pardadi Educational Society (PPES) and Equal Community Foundation (ECF).

This initiative focuses on engaging men and boys within the communities where we work, making them active participants in our journey to empower girls. Over the past two decades, much of our work has centred on educating and empowering girls, but without directly involving men and boys. This marks our first step towards correcting that balance.

In partnership with ECF, we are conducting a one-of-a-kind five-day training on Gender Transformative Approaches in Anupshahr from August 4 to 8.

Stay tuned for updates from the ground as we are all set to work together to redefine gender roles and take an important step forward in building a more just and equal society.
