✨ It was our monthly self-care day at You’re Never Alone! ✨

​Today was all about giving our amazing parents a much-deserved break. The lovely Sheryl dropped by with her gorgeous Tropic Skincare range to treat everyone to mini facials! 💆‍♀️🌿

​Seeing our parents relax, unwind, and get spoiled for a bit was absolute magic—every single one was thoroughly enjoyed (and left glowing!). Huge thank you to Sheryl for bringing the pampering and good vibes today! 💚✨

glowgirl_by_sheryl I'm so excited to announce that this Tuesday I'll be attending to offer FREE mini facials to all SEND mums who attend.

Being a SEND mum myself I know it can mean constantly putting everyone else first, and finding even a few minutes for yourself can sometimes feel impossible.

So I wanted to create a little space for you to pause, breathe and enjoy some much-needed "you time".

These mini facials are a small way of saying you matter too. You deserve to be looked after, to relax, to feel pampered and to have a moment that's just for you.

I'm incredibly grateful to You're Never Alone CIC for allowing me to be part of such a wonderful and supportive community from week to week and I can't wait to give a little something back to a room full of wonderful Mums.

​Yesterday at You’re Never Alone SEND Group, our incredible parents took a well-deserved breather to get creative with tote bag decorating. 🎨👜

​Being a SEND parent often means carrying so much—endless appointments, paperwork, advocacy, and emotional weight. Yesterday was all about creating something beautiful to carry back out into the world, surrounded by people who just get it. From bold quotes to lovely patterns, every bag was as unique as the families we support. 💛
​No judgment, no pressure—just warm cups of tea, shared stories, laughs, and pure creative therapy.
