Days 2 and 3 of our CDA spring campaign saw a further 20 dogs neutered, bringing the total for this campaign to 30.

Thank you to Help for Dogs for their continued support, along with our regular donors and of course to Madalin and Iulia for organising and carrying out the work to an exacting standard.

Our spring campaign has commenced in Curtea de Argeș, România. Thanks to our lovely donors, we're able to fund the neutering of 30 dogs - and today the first 10 were done.

S-o, this is the final 10 dogs from our latest campaign of 15 in Curtea de Argeș, Romania.

No prior experience needed. Just time and enthusiasm required. Full training will be provided.

We've been a bit behind at posting, but are excited to share that thanks to another Christmas donation from Labco, a further 62 dogs have been spayed in Curtea de Argeș, Romania in December/January.

We're blown away by the generosity of this company, who have made a significant donation now for 2 years running.

Thank you so much, to Labco and Geo Vet Iulia Georgiana Martoiu and Associata Lăbuțe SPRE Libertate Madalin Ion Constantinescu for organising, neutering and ensuring the dogs were properly looked after before returning to where they came from 🙏🙏🙏

And just like that, our 3 day spay campaign in Curtea de Argeș has finished. I say "just like that", but of course it was 3 long days of hard work for our lovely vet Iulia Georgiana Martoiu, Madalin Ion Constantinescu and their teams who have worked relentlessly to ensure these dogs have been given the best care possible.

Thank you to everyone who donated to this campaign, and indeed every campaign; spaying is genuinely the most humane way to reduce the numbers of stray and abandoned dogs.

Day 2 of our spaying campaign in Curtea de Argeș, and another 11 dogs were neutered today. That brings the total so far to 28, and another 16 are scheduled for tomorrow.

All together, we'll be funding 44 spays from donations raised in conjunction with Help for Dogs and Depserate Dogs Romania.

Again - thank you to Iulia Georgiana Martoiu and Madalin Ion Constantinescu and their teams for their hard work making this happen. And thank you to everyone who has kindly donated.

Și grateful to Iulia Georgiana Martoiu at Geo Vet and Madalin Ion Constantinescu (Asociata Lăbuțe SPRE Liberte) for organising the spay campaign at Curtea de Argeș: the first 17 dogs were neutered today, and spaying continues tomorrow and Wednesday.

44 dogs in total will be neutered thanks to the donations raised by our lovely followers, along with Help for Dogs and Desperate Dogs Romania. Any additional donations would allow even more to be done, so please share our posts 🙏

We're super excited to be spaying again in Curtea de Argeș, Romania...over 3 days from 24th to 26th November, Geo Vet and Asociata Lăbuțe SPRE Libertate will be carrying out 44 spays, thanks to the amazing support from Help for Dogs, Desperate Dogs Romania and of course our own steadfast supporters at Spays 4 Strays.

Times are hard here too, and we're always so grateful for any contributions we receive, which enable this vital work to continue. It really is the only way to humanely reduce the stray population and prevent a whole load of suffering.
