COMMUNITY SUPPORT 💚
We have been delivering detached youth work in Purley over the summer, supporting the local area following recent challenges the community has experienced.
Our expertise in detached youth work across the borough means we’re committed to being out in local communities, listening to and engaging with young people, building positive relationships, and helping to keep local areas safe.
Our detached youth work connects directly with our wider programmes, creating clear pathways from engagement in the community into skills development, positive activities and new opportunities for young people.
By bringing all these areas of work together, we can identify concerns early, strengthen relationships with young people and families, ensure young people’s voices are heard, deliver targeted services, provide support and signpost where it’s needed most and helping us to have maximum impact!
We’re proud to be out in the community, listening, engaging and working alongside young people, families and local partners. Through a multi-agency approach, we can work together to create safer, stronger communities while ensuring young people have positive opportunities and activities to get involved in.
