We aim to address the issues surrounding career progression that are unique to women in the legal sector. Moreover, we aim to contribute to the discussion on gender equality, employment law regulation, and progress toward gender, ethnic, and background diversity.

We are delighted to announce an inter-university mooting competition, organised in collaboration with and focusing on employment law and gender discrimination in the workplace.
The first rounds will take place on the respective university campuses. The teams will consist of pairs of two, with the option of choosing a partner. The strongest teams from each institution will then advance to compete against one another in the final rounds, which will be judged by a distinguished panel of practising barristers.
Please note that the application form closes on 12 February at midnight. All LLB and LLM students who are not yet qualified are eligible to apply.

is hosting their evening presentation on 20 October, where you will have the opportunity to meet partners, associates and trainees in person, find out more about the firm’s distinct differences, and gain valuable insights and tips into the application process for the different opportunities.

6.30pm – A World of Difference presentation
At this evening presentation, you’ll be able to hear partners, associates and trainees share insights into their journey to the firm and career so far, and bring to life the firm’s distinct differences. After the presentation, you will be able to network with the firm’s representatives and find out more about their opportunities.

Join to celebrate International Women’s Day at our Mother-Daughter Network Social! 🩷 We’ve invited our mentors from leading firms and chambers such as Freshfields, Slaughter & May, Gatehouse Law and more. This event offers a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow members, network with accomplished female legal professionals, and enjoy snacks and drinks in a relaxed, supportive environment.
