This World Smile Day, we are celebrating the moments of joy, togetherness and connection that can mean so much to families facing life’s toughest moments. 💜

After spending five months in hospital, Jayden recently enjoyed a special day out at Chessington World of Adventures Resort with his family. The visit gave Jayden, his brother Jaxson, and friends the chance to spend valuable time together and create happy memories after a difficult period.

It was wonderful to welcome Jayden back to Chessington for a second visit. Reflecting on the special memories from his previous trip last year, Mum Kareema shared:

"That day of magic and normality has stayed with him (Jaxson), and with all of us, in a way I think you will never fully realise. The support you give to families like ours is not just 'nice' - it is real, it is grounding, and it genuinely helps people keep going."

Today, we are reminded of the power of creating moments that bring loved ones together, spark smiles, and create lasting memories. ✨

🎃 Brick-or-Treat adventures await! 🎃

Join Daniel and Esme for a day full of fun, laughter and magical memories at LEGOLAND California! 🌟

After Daniel was diagnosed with childhood cancer as a toddler, his family became part of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California and Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times community. Now 11 and 9 years old, Daniel and Esme spent the day racing between attractions, meeting characters, sharing surprises and making unforgettable memories together. 💛

Their story reflects the journey of so many families affected by childhood cancer. Magical Days Out like this give children, siblings and parents the chance to reconnect, create joyful memories and celebrate how far they have come together!

✨ A magical day for Jessie and her family at Official LEGOLAND Windsor ✨

After spending almost a year in hospital during treatment for osteosarcoma, Jessie finally got to visit the attraction she had been dreaming about. Alongside her parents and brother, she spent the day enjoying her favourite rides, exploring the Resort and making special memories together!

Thanks to our partnership with Teenage Cancer Trust, families like Jessie's can enjoy precious moments of fun and togetherness away from the challenges of treatment.🪄

We were delighted to welcome over 200 children and their families from Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California for a fang-tastic day of play at LEGOLAND California during the opening weekend of Brick-or-Treat. 🎃✨

Children impacted by childhood cancer and their families swapped treatment schedules for pumpkins, LEGO® fun, exciting rides and unforgettable adventures together. The day was filled with laughter, play and the chance to create precious memories as a family.

We are super proud to help make moments like these possible alongside our friends at Ronald McDonald House Southern California and LEGOLAND® California Resort. 💙

🐝 Our busy bees at Warwick Castle have been hard at work! 🐝

The team at Warwick Castle has raised an incredible £941 for Merlin's Magic Wand through the sale of honey collected from their onsite hives. By setting up a stall at the attraction and selling jars of honey to guests, the team helped turn a simple idea into something truly magical. 🍯

A huge thank you to everyone who purchased a jar and supported this wonderful initiative. Every pound raised helps us unlock the magic of Merlin through play for children facing adversity, creating moments of joy and lifelong memories for families who need them most. ❤️🙌

Sometimes a day out is so much more than just a day out.

For families going through incredibly difficult times, it can be a chance to switch off, reconnect, laugh together and create memories that feel really special.

We were delighted to welcome children and families supported by our charity partner, Fundación Hogar Abierto, to Sea Life Benalmádena as part of their summer programme.

From coming face-to-face with incredible marine creatures to sharing moments of wonder together, the visit gave families the opportunity to step away from everyday challenges and simply enjoy time together. For many of the children, the experience became one of the highlights of their summer 🐠.

Together with Fundación Hogar Abierto, we are helping create moments of joy, inspire play and make life-long memories for children who need them most 💙✨

Para ellos, no fue solo una visita: fue un respiro. Un día para dejar atrás las preocupaciones y sumergirse en la magia del océano. Ver sus caras iluminándose al encontrarse tan cerca de nuestras criaturas marinas, escuchar sus risas, sentir cómo compartían momentos de sorpresa y alegría… eso es lo que hace que todo cobre sentido. Muchos niños nos contaron que esta experiencia se convirtió en uno de los recuerdos más bonitos de su verano.
