We have just entered the 5th month of the year. Many of us had good intentions at the start of the year to set some sort of goal.

Unfortunately, some of us may still be stuck in the good intention stage. Don't feel bad or beat yourself up for not getting out of the good intention stage. It's never too late to put the work in, Todays the day.

If your anything like me and you struggle with getting motivated to even start, struggle with sticking to your goals or any other factors which inhibits you from achieving them, then FEAR NOT!!!The problem may not only be the above factors, it maybe your approach or I should say your bad habits. Are approach or goal setting is usually a learned behaviour and or generic which we pick up from others.
