It’s about time we reclaim our narrative.

In this short film, Pan-African spoken word artist and aspiring community archivist Mutulu connects the dots between resistance against state pressure, traumatic events in our collective consciousness and the purposeful erasure of achievement.

This is the first in a new iteration of works delivered via DTA.SPACE; Decolonising the Archive’s digital platform created to share the work of the creative memory-workers within our international family.
