If your body doesn’t feel like practicing yoga today, listen to it......

Yoga isn’t about forcing yourself onto the mat or pushing through exhaustion just to say you practiced. One of the greatest lessons yoga teaches is awareness, learning to notice what your body, mind, and nervous system are asking for, without judgment.....

Some days your practice will be strong and energizing. Other days, your practice might look like resting, taking a slow walk, breathing deeply, or simply allowing yourself to do nothing at all......

That doesn’t mean you’re falling behind. It means you’re honoring your body instead of fighting against it.

Listening to your body is a practice in itself. Rest is not the opposite of yoga—it can be one of its most meaningful expressions......

When you give yourself permission to pause, you create space to return with more presence, energy and compassion......

Trust your body. It has wisdom that your mind often forgets to hear.....

A good yoga teacher should prioritize safety, respect and your well-being.

Red flags include pressuring students into poses they’re not comfortable with, making inappropriate physical contact without consent, claiming to have miraculous healing powers, creating a culture of dependence or favoritism, dismissing injuries or pain, or lacking clear professional boundaries.

A trustworthy teacher encourages you to listen to your body, welcomes questions and fosters a supportive, inclusive environment.

Gong Bath with Junior Valentine

We are thrilled to have Junior Valentine on Thursday 25th June 2026 8pm to host our very first sound bath...

Step into a deeply immersive sound experience designed to calm the nervous system, restore balance, and support emotional and energetic release.......

A Gong Bath is a powerful form of sound healing where the vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and other therapeutic instruments wash over the body and mind, creating a meditative state that encourages deep rest and inner reset.......

Think of it as a full-body sound massage ideal for those who love the benefits of relaxation and healing with the deep vibrations.....

Guided by Junior Valentine, these sessions blend grounding frequencies, intuitive energy work, and restorative soundscapes to help you slow down, soften stress, and reconnect with yourself.......

The experience can support emotional release, mental clarity, better sleep, nervous system regulation and an overall sense of wellbeing......

No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, get comfortable with a mat, pillow, and blanket, and allow the sounds and vibrations to guide you into a deeply restorative state.....

Every session is unique, with space for relaxation, reflection, and renewal....

The event is open to everyone and spaces are limited......

Book now to reserve your space by messaging me......

And like always, keep on practicing and all will be well......
