Take a look at our new We Move Forward programme in collaboration with BBC Children in Need ! We’re buzzing to get this one going and help 16–21 year-olds take those first steps into their careers with CV workshops, job interviews, networking, financial literacy and so much more. Big love to Leone and Michael for hosting such a brilliant intro day. The energy was right and we’re only just getting started. Come on! 💙

If you want to sign up for programmes like these make sure to sign up for our GenSB through the link in our bio!

The tip of the day is to find your people.

Having the right people around you can make such a difference. When you have people who believe in you, listen to you and remind you what you’re capable of, your vision can start to feel a whole lot clearer.

Here are a few highlights from our recent Mentorship Mixer, where our amazing mentors spent time with young people, sharing advice, experiences and some Self Belief along the way.

Sometimes you just need someone in your corner to remind you that you can do it. That’s what community is all about.💙

Sign up to GenSB in our link in the bio if you’d like to be involved in our next mentorship programme.

Jamal saw something that was missing and decided to do something about it. That’s the lesson. Look around your world and find what’s missing. Then find a way to make it happen.

Self Belief is where it starts. Keep going even when it takes longer than you expected. Keep believing in what you’re building and don’t be afraid to back yourself. You never know where it could take you. 💙

Throwback to our JESB Fundraiser! We had an incredible night celebrating with incredible guests. This one was for the books! 💙

What a beautiful surprise. Team JESB met with OPDC to explore new ways to open doors for young people and deepen our connection with the local community at the forthcoming hub

But the moment that truly stopped us was Brenda walking into a meeting room named after Jamal — a powerful reminder of his impact and a legacy we’re honoured to carry forward.
