SPUC (Society for the Protection of Unborn Children) The world's first pro-life lobbying and educational organisation. To Learn More: https://linke.to/SPUCtv

We are the Society for the Protection of Unborn Children (SPUC), the world's first pro-life campaigning and educational organisation in the world. The Society was founded in January 1967 to oppose what would go on to become the 1967 Abortion Act. Tragically, more than 10 million unborn children have lost their lives in Britain to this Abortion Act - abortion is the biggest killer of children in the world today. We work to protect human lives at the national and local level, and to build a society free from abortion. As well as fighting abortion, we also campaign against other direct threats to the lives of vulnerable individuals, such as euthanasia and embryo abuse.

Great news from Scotland! 🎉

After campaigning against it, we welcome the SNP’s decision to drop a radical abortion motion from its conference agenda. The proposal risked dismantling the 24-week limit and allowing abortion up to birth.

It can seem easy to write Australia off as a lost cause for the pro-life cause. But don’t!

There’s a rapidly growing movement of young Australians challenging the abortion lobby, both in State Parliaments and on the streets.

BirdFlip is a group of young pro-life women who are “fed up with being told abortion is pro-women.”

This week on SPUCtv, we speak to BirdFlip contributor Elspeth McKellar and pro-life philosopher Dr Emma Wood 👉 youtu.be/DY9I9r3SQIU

Join us for Glasgow’s annual Candlelight Procession 🕯️

On Thursday 29 October 2026 we gather once more to pray for the unborn, for mothers in crisis, and for a culture that chooses life.

🙏 6.30pm: Rosary at the Mercat Building, Glasgow Cross (the very place where St John Ogilvie was martyred – whose 50th anniversary of canonisation we mark this October)
🚶‍➡️ 7pm: Procession through the city centre
⛪ 7.30pm: Mass in St Andrew’s Cathedral (main celebrant: Fr Ross Campbell)

Every year this quiet witness draws people of all ages who simply want to stand for the dignity of every human life.

Share this post, bring your family and friends, and let's fill the streets with hope!
