Currently navigating perimenopause AND a house full of teenage hormones this summer 😂🙈
If you know, you know. Sending solidarity to every mum going through it, and every dad dealing with the aftermath 🤍
I haven't done as many videos like this lately, and I wanted to be honest about why. Between working full-time as a nanny, being a single mum, perimenopause brain fog, and a dyslexic/ADHD brain that sometimes makes it harder to find the words on camera, talking videos have taken a back seat.
But I've had some of you ask for more, so I'm going to keep showing up, brain fog and all 🤍
