'The harm to the creative industries is existential.'

Brilliant piece in The Times from Baroness Kidron, who urges Government to ensure the Sovereign AI Fund doesn't invest in companies that steal creators' work without permission or payment ⬇️

The government should update its eligibility rules for the £500m fund to ensure that chosen firms do not use copyrighted works without a licence
