Hi yogis, I’m back from yoga retreat and can’t wait to see you all again tomorrow morning 9.30-10.30😀

To celebrate international yoga day, and Father’s Day you are invited to a Yogi Tea party after the session ☕️

Just bring:

🧂a flask or thermal cup of hot water
🥪 some picnic snacks

🧘‍♂️ This Sunday 21st June 2026 is International Yoga Day! To celebrate we will be hosting a Park Yogi Tea party 🎉

☕️ after our yoga session I will offer you a Detox tea sample tea bag

🧂 just bring a flask or thermos cup of hot water and stay to share a cuppa with each other and me, if you’d like to.

🥪 why not bring some picnic-type light food to enjoy too!

Just what we needed on a hot Sunday morning - restorative rest in shavasana (relaxation pose). By bringing our bodies into a state of stillness after physical exercise we return our organs and muscles to a relaxed state. Bonus - we are in a beautiful park on a warm sunny day 🌞
