Today, as we celebrate mothers across the world, we honour your strength, sacrifice, unconditional love, and the courage you show daily in raising and protecting your children. As a charity, Elizabeth Foundation SS stands in love and unity with every mother, especially single parents and families affected by sickle cell disorder. Your resilience is powerful, your voice matters, and your love continues to shape a better society.

As a legal advocate and human rights advocate, our founder, Ms. Omowonuola Oyebode (BSc, LLB, LLM), remains committed to supporting vulnerable families, promoting awareness, and standing for justice, dignity, and hope for children living with sickle cell. We deeply appreciate her compassion, leadership, and unwavering dedication to humanity.

Elizabeth Foundation SS was created in loving memory of Elizabeth, a beautiful young soul whose life and journey continue to inspire this mission. Though she is no longer with us physically, her light still shines brightly through every awareness campaign, every child supported, and every family given hope.

“Like a bluebird, Elizabeth’s spirit reminds us that love never truly leaves; it sings softly in our hearts, guiding us to care for one another with kindness and compassion.”

Today, we renew our promise to continue raising awareness about sickle cell, supporting those living with it, and standing beside every parent carrying this responsibility with courage and grace.

To every mother, thank you for your love, your patience, and your sacrifices. Elizabeth Foundation SS is with you today and always.

May God strengthen your hearts, protect your children, bless your homes with peace, and surround you with favour, healing, unity, and endless love. ❤️ HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY💐

Love from all the staffs and our Mommy Ms. Omowonuola Ashake Oyebode.

EDUCATION IS POWER. IGNORANCE IS COSTLY.

In a world filled with noise, propaganda, and misinformation, the ability to learn, unlearn, and understand is essential.

Many speak loudly, but the law listens only to facts and evidence. Not opinions. Not assumptions. Not online narratives.

Cyberbullying, defamation, and harassment are not “just social media.” In the UK and Ireland, civil courts focus on truth, proof, and accountability. The law does not excuse ignorance.

Let it be clear: A claimant’s personal life or what they choose to share on social media, does not give any blogger or individual the right to insult, defame, or make criminal allegations.

Freedom of expression is not freedom to damage reputations with falsehoods. The court is not interested in unrelated past cases, personal disputes with others, online gossip or public opinion.

What matters is simple:
Did the defendant publish false and damaging statements? Is there evidence?

A Cease and Desist letter is a formal legal step, a clear warning to stop unlawful conduct before escalation, and yes, you can represent yourself. You do not always need a law firm to pursue a civil case. With knowledge, structure, and discipline, you can stand before the court and be heard.

BSc. LLb. LLm.
These are not just titles, they reflect education, critical thinking, and understanding of the law. So before you speak, post, or accuse educate your mind, discipline your emotions, and understand the law.

Our mission is simple: to provide all the children with the right education. Because if you refuse to learn, the law will teach you.
