POV: you're an essential donation ROLLING into your new home 🧻

Shout out to Big Yellow Self Storage in Balham, for providing a safe, secure home for all your hygiene product donations 📦

Support from local businesses like Big Yellow means we can focus more of our funds on what matters most - getting essentials like soap, toothpaste, sanitaty products and deodorant to our community 💛

THANK YOU BALHAM 💛

We were thrilled to pick up 16kg of donations from .library and their donation box, after only one month of the box being there!

Even better, the box contained hardly any open or used products 🙌🏽 which means less sorting and more products for our partners 👍

Can we beat 16kg in May?! 👀

Last month we had an early Spring clean, sorting out our storage space! 🧹

Dips and Molly spent the morning organising our latest donations and sorting them for some of our lovely partners - more on this later! 👀

Now we’ve got plenty of extra space for new donations - so if you can, click on the link in our bio to find out how you can donate 💛

New box alert! 💛

You can find our newest donation point at .library

We’re so pleased to have another box in Balham, and manager Imogen said “The Hygiene Bank is a really important scheme, helping to give back dignity and agency to those that might be struggling, so the library feels a great place to help facilitate this.”

👇Let’s talk basics👇

Imagine you simply can’t afford the basics to start your day.

Shampoo. Toothpaste. Razors. Period products. Laundry detergent.

Would you feel confident attending a job interview? Would you make social plans?

Hygiene poverty is undermining the nation’s physical and mental health. It’s widespread, increasing and disproportionately impacts the most vulnerable. It now affects 4.2m adults across the UK.

That’s 1 in 8 adults.

We exist because we believe everyone deserves to feel clean. Join us to end poverty once and for all. Click the links@in our bio to find out more. 💛
