Family Court Crisis

There is a lot of media attention about a live manhunt for a mother and two children in a live US/UK “child abduction” case.

We have sent an open letter to the solicitor representing the father expressing our concerns about the safety of the private family law system, including the international Hague agreements.

These are concerns about serious human rights violations which we consider to meet the definition of torture and inhuman treatment.

At the end there are two calls to action:

1. write a polite, respectful letter to the lawyer, and
2. Sign the open letter.

This is not just about one specific case. This is about concerns about the safety of the whole family law and Hague private family law system.
