Darren was devastated when his daughter was adopted in a case that appears to be impacted by conflict of interest and procedural issues.

Family law, both public and private, is an industry, and family courts are trading in human beings, a modern incarnation of the slave trade.

It is corruption, this is a core part of what our campaign is about and we do expect this Government to get to grips with it.

Suggestion: divert resources from the diabolical "family" non-courts to rebuild a proper criminal justice system. Do NOT use the same judges though because they are not fit!

Grateful to see a spotlight being shone on the Hague Convention, which is responsible for horrific outcomes in international children's legal cases.

It is important to know that when men unilaterally kidnap the child with no provocation, they are almost never required to return them.

We consider the Hague "private family laws", which are not laws but multilateral agreements, to be responsible for legalised human trafficking and human rights violations. Family judges, for some bizarre reason, do not consider human rights to be applicable in family law cases.
