On the 24th January 2024, our community lost Tyler Donnelly. He was just 19, classed as a man but to us they are all still babies because they all had so much life left to live. He, as many others from our community, were failed by a society which is not doing enough to keep our children safe.
This year, we will be honouring all the children we have lost locally because we all need to keep their memory alive and unite for change.

Today we hold Tyler, his family and friends in our thoughts and hearts 🕊️ 💙

This evening ends with a very heavy feeling which is felt by many from the community right now. Our thoughts, love and prayers are with the families and friends of the local young people who lost their lives. The community has been hugely impacted. We know they are loved by so many and will be forever missed - rest in eternal peace 🙏

If anyone needs any support (parents or young people), someone to talk to or a space to just be, please get in touch. So many are grieving…memories of other young people lost too soon have been triggered - we need to support each other 🙏

No one can ever say there is no community because the village showed yesterday!! Families, young people, clubs and services showed up in their masses 🫶

It was an honour to run/walk side by side with you for this important mission to keep our child safe 🙏

We are incredibly grateful to the volunteers, sponsors and other clubs and services who supported this mission;
for providing snacks and drinks and to their volunteer for attending 🫶 for the t-shirts and banners who brought many from their club (big respect 🥊) and for coming along on their day off!

Together, we can make a difference and continue to support initiatives that safeguard our children.

Come along tomorrow - lets work together to keep our children safe 🏃‍♂️

This week is Neurodiversity Week. It’s a week to celebrate all the differences which makes us all unique.

Many of the young people across the borough including those who attend our provision, parents, staff and volunteers are neurodivergent! They all bring a different perspectives and problem solving ability!

This week is to celebrate your uniqueness and incredible abilities which are sometimes overlooked by society!
