Belonging changes everything 💚

We were proud to see members of our partner community Wanderers of Colour take the stage at The North Face UK Climbing Festival 2026, sharing empowering conversations about what it means to belong in the outdoors.

The panel brought together pro climbing athlete Molly Thompson-Smith, Ife, founder of Wanderers of Colour, adventurer Tinuke Oyediran | 🏔️ Outdoor Adventures and hosted by Wanderers of Colour’s . Together they explored represention, community and how we create spaces where everyone feels like they belong, before inviting attendees to line their own The North Face beanies in a creative workshop, where Molly demonstrated and supported the community in adapting a beanie to better suit Black hair types, using a silk lining.

It was a privilege to listen, learn and celebrate these powerful voices 👏
