Our members come from a broad range of backgrounds and abilities, and we are committed to developing their potential. We seek to produce the very best theatre as recognised by the NODA (National Operatic and Dramatic Association) London area, most recently winning the 2019 Joe Putnam Award for Best Musical for our production of The Pajama Game! Could you create a whole panto in just 48 hours? 👀

We’re looking for the creative team for the Geoids 48-Hour Panto 2027!

We want to hear from:
✍️ Writers
🎭 Directors
💃 Choreographers
🎹 Musical Directors
📋 Producers

You can apply on your own, as a pair or as part of a team.

And if you’ve never been on a Geoids creative team before, please apply. You do not need years of experience or a long Geoids CV. We’re interested in your ideas, your enthusiasm, what you’d bring to the team and what you think would make a brilliant 48-Hour Panto.

The performance will take place in late January 2027, with the entire show put together over one gloriously chaotic weekend.

Applications close Sunday 23 August at 23:59.

We’re handing the 2027 season over to you 🎭✨

This year, we’re changing how Geoids chooses its shows. Instead of asking for full pitch documents and production teams from day one, we want to hear what our members actually want to perform, create and work on.

Got a musical you’re desperate to be in? A show you’d love to direct, choreograph, design or build? Or simply a brilliant idea you think Geoids should do; with absolutely no desire to run it yourself?

Send it in.

We want all your suggestions, ambitious ideas and a few pie-in-the-sky dreams too. The committee will review submissions and rights availability before choosing the final shows, and production team applications will open to everyone afterwards.

Looking for our Lucas Beineke 👀🖤

We’re holding additional auditions for Lucas in The Addams Family, and we’d love to hear from anyone who fancies joining a very fun, very silly, very up-for-it group for this joyride of a musical.

Lucas is Wednesday’s love interest: sweet, sincere, romantic, and just brave enough to survive dinner with the Addams Family.

We’re looking for a tenor with a playing age of 18–30 who can bring warmth, charm and romantic-lead energy to the role.

Auditions can be submitted by self-tape. You’ll be asked to read a short scene and sing an extract from “Crazier Than You”. A dance tape is not required.

Please email [email protected] if you have any questions, to request the materials, or to submit your tape. The materials can also be found via the link in our bio.

The deadline for self-tapes is Thursday 18th June at 12pm. Please let us know in your email whether you’d be available for a callback on Saturday 20th June, although this is not essential.

🏳️‍🌈 PRIDE LONDON 2026

Delighted to join forces with the am dram societies of London to march in the London Pride Parade on Saturday 4th July. This year even more societies are joining together and a total of 150 spaces have been allocated. It is free for members and the Geoids members sign up is going live this Saturday.

Geoids sign-ups will open at 9:00am on Saturday 13 June 2026.

The link to sign up will go live in our bio. We can’t wait to celebrate Pride with you and to be part of what promises to be our biggest ever amateur theatre presence at Pride in London. We look forward to marching alongside our friends and colleagues from across the amateur dramatics community and celebrating Pride together in the heart of London! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
