We host weekly men's circles, facilitator training, socials, retreats, and an online community network. We’re a non-profit, making men's self-development accessible. To build mental resilience, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence. To find mutual support, camaraderie, and learn from a diverse community. To connect deeper with your purpose and meaning, with like-minded men. To open up without judgment. A safe and confidential space to work through life’s changes with other men. We meet once a week, for 90 minutes, on Zoom, hosted by a professional facilitator. Most of the time is given for each man to have a turn to speak. You might talk about a particular challenge or something else that is real for you. Then, the other men can offer you feedback. It's all about practicing self-reflection, receiving feedback, and taking active responsibility.
