What a journey it has been. Through the sloughs of doubt and showers of sweat and euphoria - always ‘together together’ haha!

Together, students and facilitators travelled through the familiar and the unknown — from the fun of games, to discovering different forms, a full spectra of feeling, stumbling and fumbling and finding possibility.

You played, fell, rose, listened, leapt. You questioned, transformed, and created. We celebrate the risks taken, the limits tested, and the hard truths revealed. It's far from an easy ride. May the tools, insights and visions cultivated here continue to echo in your bodies and your practices as you move forward. With admiration and love — congratulations to every one of you. 💫

“I took a deep breath and listened to the old brag of my heart. I am, I am, I am.”
