As we come to the end of another year for the charity, we want to take a moment to reflect and, most importantly, say thank you.

To every volunteer, fundraiser, supporter, donor, and every single person who has stood alongside us this year – thank you.

Your kindness, generosity, and dedication have made an incredible difference to our charity and, most importantly, to the bereaved families we support.

This year has been filled with so many amazing moments. From our golf days, charity ball, quiz nights, half and full marathons, and every other event and challenge organised in support of our mission, you have helped us raise vital funds and awareness for baby loss.

Every ticket bought, every mile completed, every raffle prize donated, and every hour volunteered has helped us continue our work.

One of our proudest achievements this year was the launch of our specialist counselling service.

We were so pleased to begin supporting families through this much-needed service, ensuring more bereaved parents have access to compassionate, specialist care when they need it most.

None of this would have been possible without our incredible community. Your support allows us to continue walking alongside families through some of the darkest moments of their lives, reminding them they are never alone.

Thank you for believing in what we do and for helping us make a real difference.

Our ‘Thinking of You’ boxes are created to offer comfort, bring moments of gentle remembrance, and honour the precious memory of every baby. They are a reminder to bereaved parents that their baby will always be remembered and that they are supported by a community that cares.

Incredible feedback from one of our families who has attended counselling sessions through Vilomah Baby Loss Charity.

Earlier this year, we launched our specialist counselling service providing dedicated bereavement support to families across Essex who have experienced the devastating loss of a baby or young child.

Now, almost six months on, we are proud to have supported a number of families as they navigate the overwhelming heartache and challenges that baby loss brings.

Feedback like this not only reassures us that this support is making a difference, but also helps raise awareness and encourages other bereaved families to reach out when they need help most.

Happy Father’s Day to the dads whose arms are empty but whose hearts are forever full.

Today, we honour the fathers who carry the love of a baby they cannot hold, who dream of milestones that will never come, and who quietly carry grief while continuing to show up each day.

Your fatherhood did not end when your baby died. Your love, your hopes, your bond, and your identity as a dad remain. You are a father today and always.

To every dad missing a son or daughter this Father’s Day: we see you, we remember your baby, and we hold space for your grief and your love.

You are not forgotten. Neither is your child. 💜
