Tree of Life

Dear friends, thank you for your accompany throughout this Tree of Life journey from spring🌱 when we began to sow the seeds to autumn🍁when we harvest the fruit. Flowers bloom and fade, and so does life, the repeating cycles of which is like the extension of family life and vigour.

This is only end of the challenge held by our group, but the symbolic meaning of Tree of Life will last forever. Thank you for all your participation and we really appreciate that you can pass on the love, care, and all the positive energy ☀️to the people around you and the families who are suffering from terminal illnesses by following Marie Curie - South West

Over one million people have been bereaved since the UK lockdown began. At this difficult time, Marie Curie has created a petition calling for the UK government to have a national day to reflect, grieve and remember.

“We need a time together to reflect on our collective sense of loss, and to remember and celebrate the lives of the people who’ve died, as we begin to heal from the trauma of this national crisis.”

The Tree of Life Challenge is finally here as promised ❤️
Participants can choose to:

🌳 Take an Instagram story photo of a tree (preferably it means a lot to you and a loved one affected by terminal illness).
🌳You may also include a photo of someone you lost in the post. However, this is not compulsory

🌳 Include initials of a loved one affected by terminal illness.
🌳 Include the hashtag and also don’t forget to tag us & Marie Curie - South West !
🌳 Also tag 2 nominated participants

If nominated participants fail to complete the challenge, they should support Marie Curie - South West by donating £5 to the donation link provided.
