Menstrual health is dignity. And dignity begins with access.
Did you know that Worldwide, around 500 million women and girls still lack access to menstrual hygiene products or safe, private facilities?
Over 60% of homeless women in India struggle to access basic menstrual products, often relying on unsafe substitutes?
And that 1 in 5 girls misses school during her period due to lack of resources, shame, or misinformation?
Through the Shine & Thrive initiative, NaariSamata is taking small steps by providing hygiene kits that include sanitary napkins, shower gel, toothpaste, and more.
Not as charity. But as a commitment to equity, comfort, and respect.
Menstrual health isn’t a privilege tied to income, identity, or circumstance — it’s a right every individual deserves.
Our work has just begun. But meaningful change is always collective.
We invite you to stand with us — stay informed, volunteer, donate, or simply help spread the message. Together, we can make menstrual health universal — because access, respect and dignity belong to everyone.
Every gesture strengthens the movement toward a world where women and girls from all walks of life can manage their cycles with dignity, privacy, and confidence.
