💙 MENTAL HEALTH MONDAY
Today we’re trying something a little different.
Imagine your future self could send you a message.
What would they say?
Perhaps:
✨ Keep going.
✨ One step at a time.
✨ Be kinder to yourself.
✨ You’re doing better than you think.
The challenges we’re facing today won’t define us forever. Sometimes it helps to remember that growth is happening even when we can’t see it.
💬 Complete this sentence in the comments:
“My future self would tell me...”
Let’s create a thread of encouragement for anyone who needs it today.

UNITED IN HOPE: No Place for Hate in Richmond

Everyone deserves to feel safe, welcome and valued in their community.

What’s happening on the day?:

- Theatre performances inspired by real experiences and community stories, followed by guided discussions🎭.

- Conversations with faith leaders exploring shared values, understanding and solidarity.

- Interactive workshops and creative activities to share experiences and explore ideas for positive change.

- Hate crime awareness and support – learn how to recognise and report hate crime and access support‼️.

We especially encourage young people aged 16+ to join us. Your voices and experiences matter!

Mental Health Monday 💙
As human beings, we all need a sense of belonging.
Whether it’s our family, friends, neighbours, faith community, workplace, or local community, feeling connected to others plays an important role in our wellbeing.
Belonging isn’t about being the same as everyone else.
It’s about feeling welcomed, valued, and accepted for who you are.
This week, take one small step to connect with someone.
A conversation. A message. A smile. An invitation.
Sometimes small connections create a big impact.
💬 We’d love to hear from you:
Where do you feel a sense of belonging?

Mental Health Monday 💙
Our brains naturally focus on what’s wrong, but sometimes it’s important to pause and notice what’s gone right.

Today, take a moment to reflect on one thing that went well.
It doesn’t have to be something big.
A conversation. A walk. A smile. A small achievement. Getting through a difficult day.
Small positives matter too.
We’d love to hear from you:
What’s one thing that has gone well for you recently?

Mental Health Monday 💙
Have you ever told someone “I’m fine” when you weren’t really fine?
This week, we’re reminding ourselves that it’s okay not to feel okay.
Life brings challenges, and difficult emotions are part of being human. Stress, sadness, worry, frustration, and disappointment are experiences that most of us face at different times.
Rather than judging ourselves for these feelings, we can start by simply acknowledging them with kindness.
✨ Take a moment today to check in with yourself.
Ask: “How am I really feeling today?”
And whatever the answer is, remember that you don’t have to face difficult days alone.
💬 We’d love to hear from you: What helps you get through difficult days?
Your answer might be exactly what someone else needs to hear today.
