Gascoyne One Community Centre Gascoyne One Community Centre is a charity (number 1193170) run by Tenants and Residents who live on Gascoyne One Estate.

The charity was set up January 2021 by Simon Lukes, Derek Smith and Alana Heaney.

We would appreciate it if you can donate wool, drop it every Monday or by arrangement. Or you can donate via Gascoyne One Community Centre charity, who give the cash to the team for wool.

This project was initially funded by 3 years ago, we are growing our team. We will be extending our hours of day after summer. More sewing projects coming up then.

Sad we had to say farewell to one of our friends today. Local resident Joan Mansfield, one of our crafters, Joan knitted the most beautiful blankets at G1CC, Joan also had a passion for clothes making.

We will miss her funny stories, friendship, we will remember the light and love she brought to our group.

Rest in peace Joan
