The Holiday Homes Trust We are a small charity that provides affordable, accessible, caravan holiday accommodation. Austell, Cornwall.

We currently own 10 caravans, 8 of which are adapted and wheelchair accessible on popular holiday parks. The adapted caravans have two twin bedrooms and a small double sofa bed in the lounge area, sleeping a maximum of 6. The main bedroom is larger to accommodate a wheelchair if necessary, and there is a mobile pulley. The caravans have wet rooms with hand rails and shower seats, ramp access and a

parking space next to the caravan. The non adapted caravans have a master bedroom with king-size bed and en suite cloakroom, a twin bedroom and a sofa bed that converts into a double bed in the lounge. One has a ramp entry, the other is on a lowered plot, so enjoys step free access. Booking is open to all, we welcome enquiries from individuals and families along with referrals from other trusts or organisations looking for accessible holiday accommodation. The adapted caravans are at Haven Parks in Filey, Pagham (Nr Bognor Regis), Exmouth, Mablethorpe, Poole, Great Yarmouth, and Weymouth and a private park in St. The non adapted caravans are at Hoburne Parks in Paignton, Devon and New Milton, Hants. You will need to bring your own bed linen and towels, duvets and pillows are supplied. Bed linen is supplied at Great Yarmouth and available to hire at some other sites.

Our last guests have now checked out for the year, and our 2025 season is now officially over. The Holiday Homes Trust will be closing permanently on of 31st December. Hayley & Vandita and the Board of Directors would like to thank all our guests for their loyal support. While it is very sad the trust is closing, we are immensely proud of the thousands of happy holidays that have been taken in our caravans over the last 50+ years. It's a major achievement, and we thank you for sharing that with us and making it possible.

For anyone who has missed previous posts, emails or our message on our website, The Holiday Homes Trust is closing at the end of this year after over 55 years in existence. We still have some caravans open until the end of the season and are grateful for all your support over the years, but especially for bookings in our final year.

STILL AVAILABLE - Last minute cancellation means the week of 30 Aug-6 Sept at Pentewan Sands, St Austell is now available. Priced at a special discounted price of £500, our adapted caravan sleeps up 6 guests. It is an ideal location to visit the beautiful county of Cornwall. See what one of our guests says about their stay.
The caravan is very well equipped and we loved the kitchen layout. There was lots of space and storage. The beach front location was perfect for us and they even had a beach wheelchair to hire for a small donation which meant the world to my mum. For the first time in a very long time she was able to access the beach and sit with the grandchildren...

Our last two available summer weeks have now just dropped to £500. That's for up to 6 guests with use of our Charity Owners cards for entertainment and discounts on site! 23 - 30 August, which includes the bank holiday weekend at Haven Blue Dolphin, Filey (Filey is a quaint seaside town on the North Yorkshire coast) and Haven Golden Sands, Mablethorpe (Mablethorpe, a traditional seaside holiday resort on the Lincolnshire Coast with Blue Flag award winning sandy beaches) Both are wheelchair accessible if needed, with ramp and wet room. If you are looking for an Autumn break our current only unreserved week is 4 - 11 October at Haven Devon Cliffs, Exmouth. This large site sites above a gorgeous sandy bay and is packed with exciting activities to appeal to all. Our accessible caravan sleeps up to six and has a ramp and wet room. Price is £340, including use of our Charity Owners Cards. No additional passes needed and discounts onsite in the bars and restaurants when shown.

We have two weeks available in our accessible caravan at Pentewan Sands, St. Austell. 20 - 27 September £495.00 and 27 Sept - 4 Oct £465.00. Our caravan sleeps up to 6 in two twin bedrooms with sofa bed in the lounge, has ramp access, parking space and wet room. Anyone is welcome to book.
