*🌙 Ramadhaan Appeal 2026/1447 Hijra*

REMINDER: 👇🏾

*Assalaamu Alaykum, once again, we (ITI) need your support and will be delivering your Zakah and providing iftaar on your behalf in shā Allāh*

*We are collecting:*

*✅ Zakah* We pass on your zakah to the poor, needy, orphans and widows.
This will also help our du’aats, teachers, students of knowledge and others in the da’wah field who are from the poor.

*✅ Sadaqah* Sadaqah plays a major role in our invitation caravan; which is an ongoing charity (sadaqah jaariyah). It benefits the donor in this life, the grave and the Hereafter (by the permission of Allaah). We also use sadaqah for our other projects where zakaat can not be used.

*✅ Iftaar* *£4* per day | *£40* for ten days | *£120* for the month
This will help the people to open their fast with food and drink, most of them are poor and in need of your support.
By helping someone open their fast, you will also get the reward of their fast, in shā Allāh, without their reward being decreased in any way.

*✅ Fidyah* This is given when a person cannot fast in Ramadhaan due to an illness which there is no hope of recovery or making up the fast. Also, those of old age who find it difficult to fast. He or she should feed one poor person a day for each missed fast.
This year will Fidyah will be approx *£4 a day / *£120* month

*✅ Zakatul Fitr (Fitrana)* £4 Per Person — it is due on every member of a household, including all children & elderly persons. *Pay £4*

*Please note that Zakatul Fitr (Fitrana)* is given near to the end of Ramadhān. It is given out by ITI on your behalf as food (rice, wheat, etc...) not money. So your intention should be that you are giving the £4 for us to do that for you.

Where are those who lived before us ?
Where have they gone ?

Where are the men who were once beauty and elegance ?

How many times have we seen someone who was alive, and soon after he became one whose fate we now witness ?

How many were close friends who comforted us ?

Where are those companions who used to sit with us ?

The strings of fate seized them,and the arrows of death struck them down.

So you who are drowning in sins and heedlessness :

Have you taken a lesson from the graves of fathers and mothers ?

Have you reflected on the passing of brothers and sisters who went before you ?

Stand by the graves and look at how many dead they contain.

They departed, and you will not remain forever after them.

How can you expect to live forever in this world ?
