Are you, or is someone you know, feeling overwhelmed by unwanted marketing contact from a charity? The Fundraising Preference Service is a free service, run by the Fundraising Regulator, that can help you end contact with any charity registered in England, Wales or Northern Ireland. By using the FPS website or helpline, you can choose to stop addressed letters, emails, text messages or phone calls

sent to you or a friend or relative. All you need to know is the charity name or registered charity number.
