EACH Counselling & Support

EACH Counselling & Support Enabling Change, Rebuilding Lives. Culturally sensitive. Person-centred. Here for you. You don't need a GP referral to access our services.

Free, confidential counselling & support across West London for people affected by mental health, domestic abuse and substance misuse. EACH Counselling & Support has been providing free, confidential counselling and support to communities across West London since 1991. We believe everyone has the potential to change, and the right to rebuild their lives regardless of their background, culture, or

language. We offer specialist, person-centred services for people affected by:
• Mental health challenges
• Domestic abuse and violence
• Substance misuse and addiction
• Housing instability

Our approach is holistic and culturally sensitive. We understand that the barriers to accessing support are often greater for people from Black, Asian, and other minority ethnic communities and we work hard to remove those barriers. Our counsellors speak a range of languages and bring lived cultural understanding to every session. We serve communities across eight London boroughs: Ealing, Brent, Harrow, Hounslow, Hillingdon, Kingston, Merton and Wandsworth. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, referring someone you care about, or looking to partner with us — we're here. You can self-refer by completing an online referral form at eachcounselling.org.uk/referrals. We also offer affordable counselling through Life Therapies and EACH at Sangam.

This May, for Mental Health Awareness Month, our team headed out to Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre to do what we believe in, bringing support to where people already are, rather than waiting for them to come to us.
We set up our stall, handed out information on free local services, and had real conversations with people passing through their day. Some stopped for a leaflet. Some stopped for a chat. Some just needed to know that help exists nearby.
A huge thank you to the Deputy Security Manager and his manager at Ealing Broadway for welcoming us, supporting the stall and making space for these conversations. Community work like this only happens when people open their doors.
And thank you to our incredible staff and volunteers, including Michael Alexander, whose photography tells this story so beautifully.
If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health, domestic abuse, substance misuse or housing pressures, please reach out. We're here, free, and confidential all year round.

This Mental Health Awareness Week (11–17 May), the theme is community and we're asking people to join us in taking action to support good mental health.

Even small actions can help us feel hopeful and less powerless. And while our individual actions matter, when we come together, we are even more powerful. 💚

On Tuesday, 12 May, two of our volunteers headed to Ealing Broadway Station alongside colleagues from (West London NHS Trust) and (Empowering Action and Social Esteem) Ltd. Together, we handed out information, signposted local support, and reminded commuters that no one has to face things alone.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked a question, took a leaflet, or simply said hello. And a huge thank you to our partners for taking action with us this week.

If you or someone you know is struggling, we're here. 📞 020 8577 6059 🌐 eachcounselling.org.uk

We recently had the pleasure of hosting a Free Health Check event in partnership with The Pinn Medical Centre and and what a fantastic turnout it was!

Community members were able to access a range of important health checks, including blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol testing, along with other vital screenings. It was encouraging to see so many people taking positive steps towards looking after their health.

Our team was also on hand to provide information about our wider support services, including Housing, Counselling, and Domestic Violence support. We are here to support you not just with your health, but with your overall wellbeing.

Thank you to everyone who attended and to our partners for making this event possible. We look forward to continuing to support our community.

We’re a creative circle of women sharing our work with the world. For International Women’s Day, we are celebrating the power of creativity, generosity and community. Each artist is giving a piece of their work to be seen, felt and experienced- because when we share our voices, we all gain.

This International Women’s Day, the theme “Give to Gain” reminds us that when women are supported, everyone benefits. Through volunteering opportunities at EACH, women build confidence, develop skills and gain experience that can open doors to employment — both within our organisation and beyond.

When women thrive, communities grow stronger.
