This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re reflecting on the importance of helping children build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self-belief from an early age.
At Inner Wings, we believe that when children understand their strengths, find their voice, and feel empowered to navigate challenges, they are better equipped to protect and support their mental wellbeing.
Through our free confidence-building programmes—Finding Your Superpower, Finding Your Voice, and Finding Your Wings—we work with primary schools to give children practical tools to:
✨ Recognise their unique strengths
✨ Express themselves with confidence
✨ Develop resilience and self-belief
✨ Build healthy relationships
Mental health is not only about responding when children are struggling; it is also about creating the conditions for them to thrive.
This week, we celebrate the power of confidence, connection, and emotional resilience in helping every child spread their wings.
If you are a teacher, work with primary-aged children, are a parent, or know a school that could benefit from our free programmes, we would love to hear from you.
