Launch It, formerly known as The London Youth Support Trust (LYST), is a group of charities with the same mission: to empower young people to fulfil their potential by providing the workspace, mentoring and training needed to start a business. We channel our resources in to communities facing challenges to ensure all young people, aged 18 to 30, have an equal chance to start and grow successful businesses.

Big things brewing in Edmonton Green! ☕✨
Meet Nadia, founder of Café Nadia, now open at The Green Pop-Up, an initiative led by Enfield Council to bring the space to life, with Launch It managing it and supporting the entrepreneurs operating there.💯
Women-led, culturally inspired, and health-focused, Café Nadia is more than a coffee kiosk, it’s a celebration of community.💛
Her “Train of Flavours” concept spotlights a different healthy, cultural drink every month, honouring the rich diversity of Edmonton Green alongside a menu built around health and beauty-supporting ingredients, signature drinks, fresh bakes and grab-and-go favourites. Their newest flavours: Roast Latte & Orange Latte! 😋
Working closely with our enterprise manager Cliff, Nadia gets regular guidance and has taken part in skills workshops and free business mentoring to sharpen her offering and set her business up to thrive.
We’re excited for this new chapter & proud to be walking the journey with Nadia every step of the way! 👏🏽

We’re delighted to introduce Rhoda, founder of Yanite Luxury & one of the inspiring young entrepreneurs supported by Launch It Stoke-on-Trent.👗✨
A fashion designer, stylist and illustrator with certifications in fashion design and creative arts, Rhoda has had a flair for fashion since she was little and never let go of that passion.💛
Since moving from Ghana, Rhoda has navigated a lot of change and worked hard to find stability in a 9-to-5 job, which restricted her from fully pursuing her business. What started as a hobby at home has now grown into a real business, built while balancing a part-time job; true proof that ambition and consistency can break through any barrier.
That shift happened the moment Rhoda connected with Launch It, working closely with our enterprise manager to turn her passion into a proper business.🙌🏽
In her own words: “Launch It’s support has been amazing. They have given me a lovely studio space, a mentor, a community around me, and even an extra sewing machine. The guidance from the enterprise manager has been great, both in and outside the business. I feel very supported, and it gives me a calm mind to push through.”💪🏽✨
