Our Family Services Team is making a real difference for families when they need it most.

Twins and triplets bring incredible joy - but also unique challenges that can feel overwhelming. With your support, we can be there for more families like Naomi’s, offering guidance, understanding and practical help every step of the way.

Together, by becoming a member, we can ensure no family faces these challenges alone: https://twinstrust.org/support-us/join/join-twins-trust.html?utm_source=Social_Media&utm_medium=Facebook&utm_campaign=Membership

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Calling all families of multiples… it’s time to go mighty!

This June, we’re inviting families to get moving and take on something special together.

Introducing the Mighty Multiples Mission: a brand-new, family-friendly fundraising challenge happening during Twins, Triplets and More Week (22–28 June).

Created just for families of multiples, it’s a fun and flexible way to come together, get active, and make memories while supporting other families like yours.

Because who understands teamwork better than a family of multiples?

Walk it, run it, scoot it or roll it - every family can take part in their own way, at any time during the week.

Set your goal to raise £100 per family (or more if you can).

Ready to take on the mission?

Can you help influence research that supports families like yours?

We are looking for parents and carers of twins, triplets or more to join our research panel.

You’ll have the opportunity to give feedback directly to researchers about their plans, to ensure that studies benefit the multiples community and consider research participants’ needs.

You don’t need to have any experience in research, just your personal experience of caring for multiples and/or multiple pregnancy.

We particularly want the group to represent the full range of experiences families with twins, triplets or more may have, so families from all backgrounds and circumstances are welcome.

Upcoming research that we’ll be supporting includes:
- Predicting complications early in pregnancy so we can adapt antenatal care based on risk
- Improving mental health support and antenatal education for multiple pregnancies

If you would be interested in supporting research like this, register your interest on our website: https://twinstrust.org/who-we-are/what-we-do/research/research-panel.html

A Panorama programme aired on the BBC tonight has highlighted serious failures in care at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust.

Our thoughts are with the families in Nottingham who lost their babies, whose concerns were not listened to, and who experienced devastating failures in care. Their experiences are deeply distressing, and they must not be forgotten.

We cannot allow women and babies to continue to suffer avoidable harm. As a charity, we are calling for urgent action to ensure meaningful change.

This programme underscores the critical importance of listening to women when they raise concerns, and of learning openly and honestly when things go wrong.

We recognise that hearing these stories can be triggering. If you need support, our helpline volunteers are here to listen.
