As-salamu alaykum dear brothers and sisters. Today, a fire broke out in Lukum Village in Manakar. Around 500 people live in this village, including Muslim families. The wooden Masjid was destroyed, along with many homes. Families are left without shelter or food, sleeping out in the open. I’m sharing a video so you can see the situation, and tomorrow I’ll post more videos and photos to keep everyone updated. Many among you have asked about building a Masjid in Madagascar, and this is now an urgent opportunity to do so. If you want to contribute with food, funds, or other essentials, please reach out to MFA directly.
May Allah reward your generosity.

Strive to fast the first nine days of Dhul Ḥijjah. If unable to do so, then fast as many days as possible, especially the Day of ʿArafah.
