At the Association Assembly Past International Inner Wheel President Trish Douglas gave an excellent presentation about the Orange the World campaign, which will run from 25th November to 10th December, and invited members to start thinking about orange based activities.

Seven members of Edgbaston Convention Inner Wheel Club and five husbands/partners braved the extreme heat at Wyck Manor Estate near Pershore to enjoy the spectacular fields of larkspur, delphiniums and stunning wildflowers.

Three members from the Inner Wheel Club of Bodmin joined the Bodmin Tidy It Team as part of the Club's community involvement in the town. They were given bags, grabbers and a small trolley for the recycling and walked 1.8 miles - a good way to keep fit!

Members of Inner Wheel collect ring pulls from cans of drink for the Purple Community Fund, (PCF) which recycles these rings into a range of eco-friendly handbags and accessories. This is one of the ways in which the Purple Community Fund helps poverty stricken families and communities in Manilla to transform their own lives.
Ring pulls are always needed - particularly coloured ones, so please contact your local Inner Wheel Club for further details.

Members of the Inner Wheel Club of Barnstaple have looked after their garden beside the River Taw, on the Strand in the centre of Barnstaple for the last 7 years, working in rain and shine. Their efforts are appreciated by the community, of which they are part, providing colour and helping keep Barnstaple tidy and looking good.

One of the first events of Association President Pat's year was attending the Installation of District 13 Chairman Angela Jacobs, which was a lively, colourful event. The formalities were followed by an African Nigerian cultural show featuring musicians, acrobatics and plate spionning, as well as singing and dancing.
