What stayed with me most was the courage in the room. People showing up as their true selves, sharing stories, supporting one another, and creating something real. It made me think about how often we shrink ourselves in everyday life and how freeing it feels when we stop.

We have come so far, but the work is far from over. Our voices, visions, ideas, leadership and experiences can help shape and create a better world for everyone.

I am excited to share that I’ve been selected as a UN Women UK Participant for the 69th session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women.

As a mother to a young daughter I’m so grateful to UN Women UK & UN Women for fostering platforms that elevate voices, collaborates, drives impactful conversations as well as champion meaningful progress toward gender equality.

🦩 Flamingo’s lose their vibrantly pink colour while raising their young because it is such an intensive process.
💗BUT Eventually, it comes back.
So if ever you feel that you’ve lost the ability to be .2byou or loose yourself in the stresses of life…
