Sensory Compass is a new community wellbeing initiative in partnership with Castlenau Community Centre and Multicultural Richmond. It is a free creative wellbeing programme designed for adults who may experience sensory overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, social exhaustion, or neurodivergent ways of experiencing the world.

The programme has been designed to be accessible and welcoming and starts on Thursday 11th June at 1.30 - see poster for registration details.

Yes, we know its supposed to be summer, but its still a bit chilly and if you would like to get warmed up on Wednesday why not try our delicious freshly made vegetarian soup at our next lunch hub on Wednesday 10th June from 12 noon? We have fresh bread donated by our friends and . Followed by cheese and a dessert. Yum.
