We offer natural energy therapy that treats the whole person - mind, body and spirit - every Tuesday 11am-2pm on Peabody Estate near Hammersmith Broadway (see video or map as it's hard to find). • Healing is given for any illness stress or injury
• You don't have to be ill to benefit from healing
• Healing can help with stress, depression and physical problems
• It is complementary to any other therapy
• It is completely natural
• You don't need to have faith for healing to help you
• All healers are registered with the Healing Trust
• A healing session takes 20-30 minutes
• It is free but recipients are welcome to make a donation (suggested minimum £5)
• Just show up or, if you prefer, book an appointment

The Healing Trust (working name of The NFSH Charitable Trust Ltd - Charity No 1094702) is pan-denominational organisation and is the largest and oldest such organisation in the U.K. Founded in 1954, it strives to raise the standards and awareness of Healing in the UK and overseas by providing:
• National standards of training delivered by accredited trainers
• A minimum 2 years’ training period with final assessment
• Our healers abide by a professional Code of Conduct, including disciplinary procedures, and have professional insurance
• Over 50 Healing Centres throughout the UK, staffed by volunteer members
• Accreditation of independent voluntary centres that meet Healing Trust standards

History

Energy (or spiritual) healing has been practised for many years by different groups and individuals throughout the UK. In the middle of the last century, in 1954 to be precise, there was created what has since become the UK's largest professional Healing organisation, The Healing Trust. Coming originally into being as The National Federation of Spiritual Healers (NFSH), the organisation was founded on the initiative of one John Britnell. Nationally renowned Healer, Harry Edwards, was recorded as Member No 1 and the NFSH offices came to be based at his home at Burrows Lea, near Guildford. A major turning point came for NFSH in 1960, when Chairman Gordon Turner persuaded the medical authorities to allow Spiritual Healers to give Healing in hospitals. By 1974 the rapid growth of overseas membership inspired the NFSH President to create The World Federation of Healing. NFSH wanted to retain its national identity separately but readily sponsored WFH’s inaugural conference in London.
