Did you know PCHA has a resident portal (https://pcha.myhome-portal.com), which aims to provide you with easy access to your information and improve the accessibility of our services? Through the portal you can see your account details including; rent and payments, repairs history and repairs to any communal areas you may have access to. You can use the portal to do a number of things including; make a rent payment, report a repair, update your contact details, make a complaint and contact us.

​Residents will have received a letter from our team providing log-in details and instructions on how to set your password. The team are available and happy to help anyone needing support or assistance in getting set up - call us during office hours on 0208 659 3055.

We are delighted to announce our partnership with the London Borough of Bromley, who (after a detailed procurement process) have awarded PCHA with a 10-year Housing Management contract for their homes in Bromley!

As a community housing association that was founded in Bromley in 1969, this long-term partnership will help PCHA to support all its residents and communities to thrive and make a real positive impact in the borough.
