Blessings Sisters,

We know that life can feel heavy sometimes and often we carry things quietly. Responsibilities, emotions, unanswered prayers, stress, exhaustion… all while still showing up for everyone else.

That’s why we’re introducing a new space called Proverbs 31 Women – Mind & Heart Check-In.

This is not a meeting where you have to talk, perform, or have the right words.

It’s simply a safe, gentle, judgment-free space where women can:

• Sit quietly and listen

• Share only if and when you feel comfortable

• Feel seen, supported, and prayed for

• Take a pause from carrying everything alone

✨ Cameras are optional

✨ Sharing is optional

✨ Passing is always okay

This space is for:

• Women who feel overwhelmed or tired

• Women who don’t usually join Zoom meetings

• Women who just want to listen and breathe

• Women who need support but don’t know how to ask

Heavenly Father,
We come before You with grateful hearts in regards to this upcoming Giving Tuesday. Thank You for the privilege of giving and for the opportunities You place before us to sow into Kingdom work. Lord, we lift up Proverbs 31 Women ministry committed to uplifting, supporting, and empowering women and families through Your Word and Your love.

Your Word says, “Honor the Lord with your possessions, and with the firstfruits of all your increase” (Proverbs 3:9 NKJV). Today, we ask that You stir hearts to give generously and cheerfully. May every seed sown be multiplied, meeting needs, changing lives, and bringing glory to Your name.

Bless the hands that give, bless the ministry receiving, and let every offering become a testimony of Your faithfulness.

Guide Proverbs 31 Women with wisdom, strength, and provision for every assignment You have placed before them.

Prayer for Wisdom and Discernment

“Lord, grant me Your wisdom today. Help me see people and situations through Your eyes, not my emotions. Teach me to pause before I speak, to seek understanding before judgment, and to choose peace over pride. Let Your Spirit guide my thoughts, my words, and my steps that everything I do brings glory to You. In Jesus mighty name we pray Amen.”

Lesson
Wisdom isn’t just knowing right from wrong it’s the heart posture that seeks God’s guidance before making choices. Discernment helps us separate what feels good from what is good. In a noisy world full of opinions, God’s voice often whispers truth in stillness. When we slow down long enough to listen, His direction becomes clear.

Summary
Every day presents opportunities to react or respond. Wisdom teaches us to respond with grace, while discernment keeps us anchored in truth. Together, they protect us from confusion, help us navigate relationships, and keep us aligned with God’s will.

How to Apply It Daily
Start with prayer ask for God’s wisdom before you check your phone or make big decisions.

Pause before reacting wisdom grows in the space between emotion and response.

Test everything by God’s Word if it doesn’t reflect His character, it’s not from Him.

Surround yourself with wise counsel seek advice from people who live what they preach.

Reflect daily ask, “Did I follow God’s wisdom today or my own impulses?”

“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.”
— James 1:5 (NKJV)

Discernment isn’t suspicion it’s spiritual sensitivity. It’s knowing when to speak and when to stay silent, when to move and when to wait. God’s discernment guards us from deception, confusion, and distraction. It helps us see through the surface and into the spirit of a situation.

Apply It Daily:
Ask the Holy Spirit to lead every decision.

Don’t rush discernment thrives in stillness.
Measure everything by God’s Word.

Stay humble; true discernment flows from intimacy with God, not pride in our insight.

Hello,

There are some needs here within our Ministry. We ask that you please prayerfully consider helping where you can. May the Lord move on our hearts to give generously and sow good seeds into the work He’s doing through this ministry.

Heavenly Father,
We thank You for every sister here and for the love and unity that You have placed among us. Lord, You see the needs within this group and ministry. We ask that You touch every heart with compassion, generosity, and wisdom. Teach us to give cheerfully and to trust that every seed sown will bring forth a harvest according to Your will.

Bless the hands that give, Lord, and those who may not have to give right now—open doors for them in due season. Let everything we do be rooted in love, done in faith, and built on the foundation of Christ.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with humble hearts, asking for Your mercy and grace. Lord, Your Word reminds us in Matthew 6:33 to “seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”

We pray that each of us will set our eyes on You above all else, desiring Your presence more than the treasures of this world.

Father, we confess our sins and shortcomings before You.

We repent and turn away from all that separates us from Your will.

Thank You for the gift of forgiveness through Jesus Christ, who bore our sins on the cross. Cleanse us, renew us, and lead us in paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake.

Lord, teach us to walk in the Spirit and not in the flesh. May our lives bear the fruit of the Spirit love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Let us live intentionally, on purpose, aligned with Your will, bringing glory to Your name in everything we do.

We surrender our plans, our desires, and our days to You, Father. Establish our steps according to Your word and let our lives be a testimony of Your goodness and grace.
