007GB x GLOBE-TROTTER | CASINO ROYALE

007GB was delighted to partner with Globe-Trotter for an intimate evening previewing its new Casino Royale Collection, ahead of the official launch.

Hosted at Globe-Trotter’s flagship store in London’s historic Burlington Arcade, a select group of 007GB members, friends and guests were invited to join us for an evening of early access to the collection, getting a first look at the new pieces before their worldwide reveal.

Inspired by Casino Royale as the film celebrates its 20th anniversary, the collection received universal praise and admiration from everyone who joined us, with plenty of time throughout the evening to explore the cases and their details up close.

Guests were also treated to English sparkling w**e courtesy of Gusbourne, making for a suitably elegant evening in the heart of London.

Our sincere thanks to everyone at Globe-Trotter for inviting 007GB to partner with them for this very special preview, to Gusbourne for providing the evening’s sparkling w**e, and to everyone who joined us.

It was a wonderful way to begin the celebrations ahead of Global James Bond Day.

HAPPY JAMES BOND DAY! 🍸🇬🇧

64 years ago today, on 5 October 1962, Dr. No had its World Premiere in London and James Bond arrived on the big screen for the very first time.

More than six decades later, 5 October has become a day for Bond fans around the world to come together and celebrate everything 007. From the films and books to the music, cars, watches, style and countless other elements that have made James Bond such an enduring cultural icon.

For us at 007GB, James Bond Day is also an opportunity to pause and look back on another incredible year of events, experiences and memories shared with our members and friends across the Bond community.

Most recently, we had the extraordinary privilege of being joined by Martin Campbell for OPERATION: ROYALE, a day packed with all things Casino Royale as we celebrate the film’s 20th anniversary. It was the latest in what has already been a remarkable year for the club, and there is still plenty more to come.

From bringing Bond fans together and creating unique experiences, to celebrating the people who have helped make 007 what it is, we are incredibly proud of what the 007GB community continues to achieve. When it comes to the passion of Bond fans, Nobody Does It Better.

And, of course, we’ll continue Keeping the British End Up! 🇬🇧

As for today, there is certainly plenty to look forward to.

While we all eagerly await official news on Bond 26 and the future of 007 on the big screen, James Bond Day traditionally brings plenty of surprises from across the Bond world. With 2026 also marking the 20th anniversary of Casino Royale, we suspect there may be more than a few new releases, announcements and offerings from Bond brands and partners to tantalise fans today.

Will we hear anything official about Bond 26? We’ll have to wait and see…

SILVERFIN | MORE YOUNG BOND CAST REVEALED

The cast of Young Bond: SilverFin continues to grow, and another impressive group of actors has now joined James Bond’s first adventure.

Tim McInnerny and Miranda Raison will play two particularly important figures in the young Bond’s life: his Uncle Max and Aunt Charmian.

They’ll be joined by two new villains, with William Hope taking on the role of the sinister Lord Randolph Hellebore, while Paterson Joseph will voice N**i scientist Dr Perseus Friend.

And there’s some wonderful Bond pedigree among the newly revealed cast too…

🎙️ Lucy Fleming, niece of James Bond creator Ian Fleming, voices Madame Ouspenskaya.

🎙️ Timothy Bentinck, who previously voiced James Bond in the 1990s, plays Sergeant White.

🎙️ Penelope Rawlins, who is related to Bertie Bruce-Lockhart — one of the inspirations for James Bond — plays Alfie Kelly.

Writer and director Barnaby Edwards says the team was given the freedom to simply find “the best actors” for each role, describing McInnerny, Raison, Hope and Joseph as four performers who “don’t come much more talented”.

They join an already formidable cast featuring Isaac Rouse as James Bond, Charlotte McBurney as Wilder Lawless, Charlie Higson as Mr Merriot, Miriam Margolyes as Cleek MacSawney, Harry Marcus as Red Kelly and Christopher Nathan as George Hellebore.

Based on Charlie Higson’s first Young Bond novel, SilverFin explores the teenage years of James Bond, taking us from Eton College to the Scottish Highlands and an encounter that will put the future 007 on the path towards the man we all know.

🎧 The full-cast production comprises 16 half-hour episodes, totalling approximately eight hours of audio drama across two volumes.

OPERATION: ROYALE | £4,420 RAISED IN OUR CHARITY AUCTION

As our unforgettable evening at Olympic Studios drew towards its conclusion, it was time for one of the most important parts of OPERATION: ROYALE, our charity auction in support of UNICEF.

Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of our headline brand supporters, we were able to offer attendees a truly special collection of lots, including some wonderful pieces celebrating the world of James Bond.

Among the highlights were:

🥂 A complete N.Peal No Time To Die Commando outfit, recreating Daniel Craig’s look from the film. N.Peal London

We also had some particularly special and unique lots, including bottles of 007 Bollinger signed by two legendary Bond directors!

One lucky bidder secured a bottle signed by our Guest of Honour, Martin Campbell, while another lot featured two bottles, individually signed by Martin and fellow Bond director John Glen.

Together, these wonderful lots raised an incredible £4,420 for UNICEF through the auction alone!

A huge thank you to our headline brand supporters, whose generosity made this possible, and to every single member and guest who took part in the bidding.

Whether you donated an item, placed a bid or went home with something particularly special, your support helped us achieve this wonderful result.

For 007GB, bringing our community together to celebrate our shared love of James Bond while making a meaningful difference through our charitable fundraising is something we are incredibly proud of.

And what a way to bring the formal proceedings of OPERATION: ROYALE to a close!

OPERATION: ROYALE | INTO THE EVENING

Following our special advance 20th anniversary screening of Casino Royale (which Martin Campbell had originally intended to watch only briefly, but ended up staying for every single minute), OPERATION: ROYALE moved from Screen One into the Bar & Bistro at Olympic Studios.

Ch*****ne was poured, canapés were served and the evening celebrations began.

For those who had pre-booked, there was the opportunity to step onto our red carpet for a very special photograph with Martin, before he took part in a rare autograph signing session in support of our fundraising for UNICEF. Some attendees even brought along their own treasured items and replica props for Martin to sign, making for some particularly special additions to their collections.

Attendees could also browse a unique selection of original film posters brought along by The Moment Posters, all available to purchase on the evening, with 20% of proceeds from the event generously donated towards our UNICEF fundraising mission.

But at the heart of the evening was something equally important to 007GB: our community.

Members and guests were able to relax over a glass of ch*****ne, catch up with old friends, make new ones and, naturally, talk all things Bond. It was also an opportunity to mingle with some of the VIP guests and Bond alumni who had joined us for the occasion, including Darwin Shaw, Caroline Munro, Alison Worth and Carole Ashby.

One of the things we love most about our events is bringing the Bond community together, and as conversations continued long into the evening, there was a wonderful atmosphere throughout the Bar & Bistro.

After the months of planning and a packed afternoon celebrating Martin and Casino Royale, it was wonderful simply to see everyone enjoying themselves together.

And the night was still young…

Following our In Conversation with Martin Campbell, attendees at OPERATION: ROYALE were given a rare opportunity to put the questions they had always wanted to ask directly to the legendary director himself.

From GoldenEye and Casino Royale to Martin’s extraordinary career behind the camera, our audience certainly didn’t disappoint, with thoughtful, engaging and sometimes unexpected questions met with equally candid, fascinating and entertaining answers.

Martin himself commented on just how much he enjoyed the questions from the audience, making this a particularly memorable part of the afternoon.

Facilitated by 007GB Vice President David, the questions came from across Screen One, and now, for those who couldn’t be there, we’re sharing the entire audience Q&A.

OPERATION: ROYALE | A LIFETIME OF ACHIEVEMENT

The moment at the very heart of OPERATION: ROYALE…

In the company of our members, attendees, VIP guests and friends, we were incredibly proud to present Martin Campbell with the 007GB Bond & Beyond Lifetime Achievement Award for 2026.

Before the presentation, Martin was surprised with a series of very special video messages from friends and colleagues who had worked alongside him throughout his career.

Casino Royale’s Joseph Millson, who played Carter, shared his congratulations, followed by our 2025 Bond & Beyond Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, Chris Corbould OBE, and Casino Royale’s Vesper Lynd herself, Eva Green.

Bringing the messages to a very special conclusion were James Bond producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson, who shared their own words in celebration of Martin and his remarkable contribution to the world of 007.

The messages were then followed by a specially created montage taking us through some of the highlights of Martin’s extraordinary cinematic career, bringing together more than five decades of work on the big and small screen.

And with the final images played, it was time for the reason we had all gathered at Olympic Studios.

Martin was invited forward and, to the applause of everyone in Screen One, presented with the 2026 Bond & Beyond Lifetime Achievement Award.

From GoldenEye and Casino Royale to a filmmaking career spanning more than five decades, the award recognised not simply Martin’s extraordinary contribution to James Bond, but a remarkable body of work that extends far beyond it.

A very special moment for Martin, for 007GB and for everyone fortunate enough to be there to share it with him.

Congratulations, Martin Campbell — our 2026 Bond & Beyond Lifetime Achievement Award recipient.
