Britannia Leisure Centre will host another Felix Fresh event on Friday 12th December from 12–2pm, offering free, fresh food to anyone in the community. Organised in partnership with The Felix Project, this initiative is part of a city-wide effort to reduce food waste and improve access to nutritious food for Londoners.

Bring the kids next Saturday and make some music in the garden - “Let’s make music with recycled everyday objects: plastic bottles, containers, newspaper, past-best-before-date grains! You will find out how to make many kinds of sounds, play together and have fun! Led by Yumi Hara, musician and senior lecturer at Music Performance & Production, University of East London. No previous musical experience necessary. All materials will be provided, all sourced sustainably, but you are welcome to bring your own household objects (no glass and no sharp edges). Suitable for all ages, but children must always be accompanied by an adult and no child can be left unattended.”

Rebuilding the pond in the Hoxton Trust Yard. A great way to attract wildlife and hopefully a frog or 2 of we can work out how to install a ramp of sorts.

A very productive and fun life painting sessionwith artist Anna Boggon last Sunday afternoon as part of the ‘art in the garden programme’ - intergenerational sessions for health and wellbeing. The Next session will be a mannequin project on Sunday 21st with textiles artist Jess Maybury.

Our 40 year old Giant Blue Agave Americana has had a bit of a makeover and a few good drinks. Thank you to for his advice. Bit more to do yet but they’re definitely looking a bit perkier and a bit bluer even!
