Shotokan Karate Lodge is proud to support Karate For Mental Health CIC

Karate for Mental Health CIC would like to thank the Freemason Shotokan Karate Lodge , under the leadership of Stuart Dubois Sensei, for their generous donation of £1,000 in support of our Open Session programme.

Through this initiative, we welcome people to train for free and experience the physical and mental health benefits of Karate.

This donation helps us keep the programme running and provides access to individuals who might not otherwise be able to attend a club or gym.

If you or your organisation would like to get involved, just like the Shotokan Karate Lodge, please reach out to us and help make a positive difference in people’s lives.
