We did it!!!! Dream. Team.
Thank you to all the audiences who came through and those who loved from afar. What a touching experience to move our spirits with you in Many Lifetimes

Deepest gratitude to our creative team and also staff across so many departments without whine there wouldn’t have been the trust, support or funding for this work.

“Close your eyes or soften your gaze. Place your hands somewhere on your torso and melt your heart back into your chest. If I am to sit here , really sit here. If we are to spend an evening together then lets dive deep and get all the way down. We write, we dance. We feel a fizzing in our chests. We are doing what we can with what we can.”

Our Autumn programme has continued and spans residencies and reflection time. It is a deep privilege to be able to move into this kind of wintering time of dark soils where ideas can grow, deepen my knowledge of what is feeling vital for artists and participants and foster companionship through it all.

World is on fire. So much is failing.

Sharing with you three new digital collages that I've been pouring into🚰 Each piece delves into themes of change, frustration, grief, and embodiment.. 🎨 Among them, I'm giving a sneak peek of one of the contributions I made for an upcoming publication by the amazing

As I weave images of myself dancing into these creations, I find myself reconnecting with that powerful, emboldened part of me. Helps to soothe the days when she/I feel far away. Or when my embodied advocacy vanishes under shame and sleeplessness.

Turning to collage, has become a peaceful space for me—a way to blend colliding images and sensations and taste a vast source of inspiration. I love (and can be startled by) engaging with the process of images coming instinctively to my mind...I find they hold up a mirror to where and how I am... which instead of taunting, prodding or objectifying me, reflects and refracts expression, movement, connection, care and intimacy instead. It's a waking dreamscape to simultaneously escape for a while and frankly look within. Pausing in the unknown space of whether art makes a difference when the world is on fire and so much is failing.

The collages I have made this year - I will share more - are an integral part of my ongoing research for the Many Lifetimes.

This month, we honor Baby Loss Awareness Week, a time filled with poignant memories and emotions that many carry in their hearts. It’s a period when we collectively reflect on the profound impact of loss and the importance of supporting one another through the journey of grief. Reminding us of those we love and lost. Personally, October is the start of my hibernation time; marking the last month and a half we had with my son Oscar.

As I remember and live my own journey, I find solace in the beautiful connections formed during our grief circles, where we share, listen, and learn from one another. During our recent gathering with and , we explored the idea of grief as a garden, nurturing and tending to where our bodies are now, and what - within our landscapes of grief might be there to mark and to comfort.

A heartfelt thank you to those who were able to attend.

If you’re navigating your own garden of grief, remember that you’re not alone You are doing all you can to cultivate acknowledgement and healing. Reach out to us too. 💙

🙌🏽🙌🏽 INTRODUCING our CREATIVE TEAM 🙌🏽🙌🏽

It is beyond extraordinary to work with this remarkable team. Volumes of repair, decolonisation and disability justice ripple through their practices and it is so moving to encounter and run alongside all these voices. Feeling the past, bending the present, envisioning futures.
