This month, we honor Baby Loss Awareness Week, a time filled with poignant memories and emotions that many carry in their hearts. It’s a period when we collectively reflect on the profound impact of loss and the importance of supporting one another through the journey of grief. Reminding us of those we love and lost. Personally, October is the start of my hibernation time; marking the last month and a half we had with my son Oscar.
As I remember and live my own journey, I find solace in the beautiful connections formed during our grief circles, where we share, listen, and learn from one another. During our recent gathering with and , we explored the idea of grief as a garden, nurturing and tending to where our bodies are now, and what - within our landscapes of grief might be there to mark and to comfort.
A heartfelt thank you to those who were able to attend.
