War against blue crabs in Venice? 🦀🔪

Invasive blue crabs became the talk of the town among journalists, politicians and others in Venice.

Are the blue crabs something to be sold, collected or consumed?

Ecologists scanned 68 texts to understand how emotive and overly simplified language to describe invasive species can do more harm than good.
