Ukrainian people have suffered immense losses to their education system over the last 6 months, due to the unwavering brutality of Russian aggression. This has affected in particular the language instruction received my Ukrainian schoolchildren, as most of the foreign language teachers fled in the wake of the invasion. We must act to support a population group in turmoil.
