Through 2026 we are continuing to open doors, create access, and empower young people with real opportunities to grow, learn, and thrive.

As we progress into 2026 and the new year fades in the rearview - where did January even go? 😳 - we’re excited for what’s ahead. Including welcoming our young people to 3 jam-packed days of work experience with Which? in two weeks, giving them the chance to explore careers, gain confidence, and see what’s possible beyond the classroom.

Here’s to another year of opportunity, growth, and brighter futures. ✨

Here are a few easy ways to show support and to remind them that none of us have to carry everything alone.

Let's acknowledge SAD

It's normal to feel that slump as we move into shorter days; more tired, less motivated, and needing extra rest. It's okay to feel this dip.

Slower days, softer moments, and a focus on steady, small steps are valid ways to cope. You don't have to push through it at full speed.

For those feeling it: This is a seasonal change, not a failure. It’s okay to slow down - the light will return, and brighter days are ahead. 💛✨

💛 Remember: If these feelings feel overwhelming, or last for weeks, talk to a trusted adult or doctor. You don't have to manage SAD alone.
