Tinspire was in attendance at the Cranston Social Justice Conference in Birmingham, the topics discussed and to witness those currently working within the sector to tackle homelessness, unfairness, supporting young people with insight to how their needs can be met in order to implement changes. Tinspire benefited from the different providers for support and hopes to collaborate to ensure young people and those looking to become better versions of themselves through our mentoring service, needs will be met. Tawana is a motivational speaker with 2 organisations working with people in the Criminal Justice System. We are thrilled to have her share at the Value Her Conference.

Prison2Power supports those Women & Men aged 18 & above who are exiting the criminal justice system with disadvantaged backgrounds and those who has experienced traumatic experiences enabling them to access support services.

We attended the Cranstoun Social Justice Conference, a day filled with discussions around diversion from criminality for young people, measures needed to be put in place to improve the delivery of support.

There was also important points raised surrounding collaborative approach to tackle the current issues in the community and if we are to resolve any ongoing problems it would take a lot more preventative methods to tackle the pressing issues in the community.

At T’inspire Mentoring we take pride in delivering tailored support to those on release from the criminal justice system, those within supported accommodation and other relevant support services.

We provide mentoring towards interview preparation- employment- referrals to support services and also facilitating self-help and crime diversion workshops to the relevant services and organisations that may benefit from this service.

Our workshop facilitation benefits the schools and PRUs to support those affected by traumatic experiences and those affected by the criminal justice system.
